Remove writev from cupsd seccomp policy once gnutls is updated

Project Member Reported by valleau@chromium.org, Feb 27 2018

Issue description

In order to fix the occasional crashes of cupsd the writev system call is being added to the cupsd seccomp policies. However, the writev system call is no longer being used in the upstream version of gnutls so it should be removed from the policy filters once the update to gnutls has landed.

net-print/cups: Removing writev from seccomp policies

The writev call was being used in an older version of gnutls. Since
gnutls has been updated this call no longer needs to be whitelisted.
