Yep! Fresh install of latest stable Chrome, bang! there they are! Now, I used to have the Windows rewards and the Bing thing. The other two I don't know. But I do know they have LONG been gone from list of extensions on my build of Chrome.

Have been using;

Google Chrome is up to date
Version 66.0.3359.170 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Not seen in in about two weeks or so, but it always has been intermittent and thus totally unpredictable.

As per comment#6 this issue seems to be inconsistent for reporter and is not reproducible from TE end. Hence adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp label for further investigation from dev team.
