[Blobs] Update README.md to match the new mojofied world better.

Last year I rewrote a lot of the blob system while converting from IPC
to Mojo, but never updated this readme file. This should at least make
it less out of date, even though there are probably still gaps.

Blobs: Small spellfixes for readme.
