Pinpoint never updates bugs when jobs fail to complete.

Looks like the jobs in question are not completing:

Both have status "Running". Updating bug summary.

Filed a bug for the first job: https://github.com/catapult-project/catapult/issues/4291

Second job is in fact still running. Note that we have only one Nexus 5 configured for Pinpoint, so that poor device is very overloaded.
