Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. try to enable ultra surf VPN 2. Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.186 and latest canary #66.0.3355.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Attaching the screenshot of Ultra surf behaviour in M60. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. This sounds like a bug in the extension, rather than in the Chrome Extensions System. Please file a bug or provide feedback to the extension developer.
