What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to secure site like https://www.google.com/
(2) Take a look at the Security Indicator

What is the expected result?
I expect the secure label right to the lock icon.

What happens instead?
The secure label is missing.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Not sure if this is a regression or an experiment.
