Browser process is using 25+ GiB of memory (and increasing)

Project Member Reported by majidvp@chromium.org, Feb 26 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: M64 Official Build
OS: Linux

The browser was left running over weekend and on Monday morning. I noticed the browser process having more than 25 GiB of memory used up (
and increasing).

It does really seem like a memory leak to me. I grabbed a memory-infra trace before restarting. I hope this helps.
