Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://ball-demo.stackblitz.io/
2. In the OSX menu bar, check that you are seeing options for Chrome. click on any item (e.g. "File", "Edit", "View", "History", "Bookmarks")
3. Deselect the opened menu item by clicking away

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The ball pauses momentarily when the menu item disappears

This issue does not happen in Safari or Firefox. I feel this is OSX specific, would be curious to know if it's happening with newer versions.
