Internet Explorer Legacy Browser Support extension doesn't intercept Redirects

Reported by andrew.m...@sentry.com, Feb 26 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
We have a LBS policy setup so that most sites are allowed to open in IE or Chrome, but a specific site we want to force to open in Chrome:
 - Hosts that Should Not Trigger a Transition in Either Browser contains just *
 - Hosts to Open in the Alternative Browser contains !foo

This policy works successfully, and the extension redirects me to Chrome, if I manually enter http://foo.company.com into the Address Bar in IE. But if I go to another site that does a 302 redirect to http://foo.company.com, I remain in IE.

IE/Chrome extension version 5.1.0.0

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome is opened.

What went wrong?
Site remains in IE.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

No, you're not attempting to recreate this correctly. To recreate it, you'll need to have a web server provide a 302 response to your request that redirects to foo.company.com. Not just clicking on a link.
