Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10323.39.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.89 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10323.39.0 (Official Build) beta-channel edgar Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Press Ctrl + Alt + ' whilst having the Swedish keyboard enabled to open up ChromeOS keyboard shortcuts. 2. Firstly many of the shortcuts existing for US keyboards are missing for the Nordic keyboard layout. An example is the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + ? to show shortcuts in the first place. This leads the user to guesswork in order to find shortcuts. In my case I found that Ctrl + Alt + ' worked instead. 3. Back to the problem at hand. Using a Nordic keyboard layout, no shortcuts are available for docking windows. 4. Closing the shortcut view, docking still seems to be available. Pressing Alt + å docks a window to the right. There is however no option to dock a window to the left. What is the expected behavior? In the best of world, all shortcuts for ChromeOS would show up in the shortcuts layout with the Swedish keyboard enabled. Furthermore if Alt + å docks a window to the right, then Alt + p should dock a window to the left. What went wrong? An overview of the keyboard shortcuts for non-US keyboards would be much appreciated. I specifically miss the ability to dock windows to the left for a smooth OS-experience. Did this work before? Hi lovseb.strandberg@, we have new shortcut helper in the coming M66, which should handle non-US keyboards label. I tested Swedish keyboard just now, the displayed dock shortcut is "Alt + å". However, the shortcut helper is "Ctrl + Alt + -", I am not sure is it also work for you?

Hi! I'm looking forwards to the new helper. The combination "Ctrl + Al+t + -" elicits no response with my setup.

I am afraid that some shortcut cannot be generated by some keyboard layouts, including the "docking window right" you mentioned. Please see the bug 681630.

#6, correction, "docking window left"

Ok. I read up on the bug, seems like a lot of work to bring a fix. It seems to me though that if "right docking" works then "left docking" should be able to be accomplished as well. But then again I don't work for google, so I leave that to the professionals.
