What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
There are 4 videos in total. 2 videos using ogg and 2 using vp9 (that turned out green for some reason). These videos should be played in sequence in an endless loop.

What is the actual result?
Sometimes it freezes on some systems.

Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the
issue)?

The issue happened for me when NWjs switched from using Chrome 63 to 64. Since then the problem prevails. I have only very infrequently come across the problem running my application on windows 7 (fairly good dev machine). It happens at a very high rate while only playing 2 videos on my mini pc running windows 10 with integrated graphic card. Others have reported the issue on Linux Ubuntu and an unspecified Windows machine.

I've been running the website for about 30min and the bug is still not happening on my dev machine. It has happened on my dev machine twice while running NWjs 28.2 while playing just 2 videos.
 
My current work-around is to use setTimeout to launch a callback at the time the video should be finished. If it is not finished it removes the video and the game can continue. It does not freeze/crash the whole system, it's just the video that freezes.
