Amazon favicon is low res on NTP

Chrome Version: M66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Amazon.com by typing the address in the omnibox such as it is in the most visited tiles.

What is the expected result?
The amazon logo should be in a resolution high enough to be displayed as an image on the NTP.

What happens instead?
The colored letter is shown instead, indicating that we don't have a high resolution favicon.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
This is because we don't take the sizes attributes of the HTML element into account. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/922061 fixes the problem.
