Steps to reproduce the problem:
Ever time I open an app I get a notice saying '' No permission to show top window  

What is the expected behavior?
No such popup

What went wrong?
It is a VOC problem and user is getting this popup while opening any app

Please help to check suspected logs pasted below, and let us know if it is related to chromium
