Text rendered without text aliasing after transform:rotate(-90deg)

Reported by jeromin....@gmail.com, Feb 26 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3346.8 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. load testcase
2. horizontal text is rendered nice
3. vertical text has defined the same but also transform:rotate(-90deg)

What is the expected behavior?
Both texts should look nice with text aliasing

What went wrong?
While the horizontal text is looking nice the vertical line is crispy.

We can only sub-pixel AA text when we know that it is painting into a solid background with no blending. In this case we do not know that.

This is a low priority to fix right now.
