If the user login to Chrome with a long email address, user notices that alignment of email ID in the "From" field is completely towards left leaving righter side empty.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser and login with email id with many characters. Eg.: mylongestemailaddresspraphulla@gmail.com
2. Tap on Chrome settings.
3. Tap on "Help & feedback".
4. Tap on "Send feedback"
5. Observed that Email ID displayed in "From" field is left aligned leaving lot of empty space on right side.

Chrome versions tested:
60.0.3072.0, 64.0.3282.137(Stable), 66.0.3353.0

OS:
Android 7.0.0

Android Devices:
SM-J710F Build/NRD90M

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M60.  Untriaged for further input's on this issue.
