Tab muting no longer mutes a single tab but all tabs

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open multiple tabs with audio 2. Right click on the top of the tab and choose mute 3. Notice all tabs are muted What is the expected behavior? Only one tab would mute What went wrong? I use this feature ever day and noticed on 2/23/18 that muting now mutes all tabs. Did this work before? Yes Not sure of version but was working 2 days ago so either the version I'm on now or the previous one Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I've also tried an ingognito window which produces the same results. I have not uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome.

Tested the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.186. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened multiple tabs of youtube.com with audio and a tab of facebook.com with audio. 2. Right clicked on the top of the tab of one youtube video and choose mute 3. Noticed that all tabs of youtube.com with audio (3 tabs) got mute but the tab with facebook.com did not get mute. ryanbauerle - Could you please let us know if multiple tabs of the same site opened in different tabs with different audio get mute on muting one tab in your case or different sites being opened in different tabs with different audio also get mute on muting one tab. Also please let us know on which sites the issue is observed. Any further inputs from your end will help us in triaging the issue further. Thanks...!!

Yes that is exactly what is happening...I hadn't noticed that pattern until you pointed it out. My most common use case is when I have many tabs of twitch.tv open with multiple streams. Many times I only want audio from one stream even though I might have multiple up.
