Remote Debugging Doesn't Work Anymore

Reported by the.nose...@gmail.com, Feb 25 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable Mobile Developer Tools
2. Enable Developer Tools > Remote Debugging
3. Connect device to pc via USB charging cable
4. Open chrome://inspect or Inspect Element > More tools > Remote devices
5. No matter when you open chrome on the Android device it wont work.

What is the expected behavior?
After enabling remote debugging on an Android device opening chrome and plugging it in it should either appear in chrome://inspect or in the developer tools under ... > More tools > Remote devices.

What went wrong?
I tried to connect multiple Android devices via USB (both nougat) and none of them are recognized in chrome anymore. (My Windows 10 pc still recognizes my devices.)

Did this work before? Yes N/A

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Installing a browser extension is a bad solution since it worked perfectly before with vanilla chrome.

Closing this, as we can't reproduce this. Sindhu, please make sure "USB debugging" is enabled in the Developer options on the phone and you have authorized the PC to perform debugging on the phone.
