See that the bars change in width a little bit What is the expected behavior? The bars' widths should not change What went wrong? Although we're only animating vertical scale, the bars appear to change in width a little bit, creating an unpleasant flicker effect. I can see it on Linux @64, I don't see it on Linux @ tip of tree.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable version #64.0.3282.186 but the same is not reproducible in the latest canary #66.0.3355.0 and latest beta #65.0.3325.88. We previously decided to merge this to M65 since there's not much time left for M64, also M65 is going to release on March 6th. I think we can wait until the good build is released. cc govind@ for reviewing this decision.

This is fixed on M65 latest beta #65.0.3325.88 so no merge is needed to M65, correct? We're not planning any further M64 release. +abdulsyed@ (M64 TPM) to confirm.

Yes, the fix patch is already merged into M65.
