Color picker opacity generate wrong hex color code

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the chrome developper 2. Select an element 3. Add a new element style like "color: #FF0000" 4. Click on the color 5. Slide to a lighter opacity What is the expected behavior? A valid hex color code What went wrong? Moving the opacity slider generate a wrong hex color code For example: #ff0000a6 Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.6 Flash Version:

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 and Windows 10 on the reported version 64.0.3282.186 and the latest Canary 66.0.3355.0 by following the steps mentioned above. On clicking on the color slider, a hex color code is shown. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to please check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in testing the issue. Also request you to please let us know the exact expected behavior which will help in further triaging. Thanks..
