Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10323.30.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.65 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Brother HL-3170CDW printer registered with google cloud print. 2. No option for duplex printing from Chrome, documents only print on one side of page. What is the expected behavior? The printer supports duplex, so an option should be available. What went wrong? No option for duplex printing, documents only print on one side of page. Additionally, the printer can't be added manually because, it's not listed. And I don't think a PPD file is available. Did this work before? I'm also having this same problem. No option to duplex print from Google Cloud Print and, esp as a convert to Chrome OS, I'm very disappointed in Google's lack of response/action. I specifically purchased this printer because of it's duplex printing and Google Cloud Printing and the only way I can print duplex is from a Windows computer with the printer drivers installed. |
