Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: the current behavior of showing the audio/speaker indicator instead of the favicon should be changed to match how Firefox handles this. It's a problem because, for example, if you have WhatsApp Web pinned, when someone messages you, you just see a speaker icon instead of the WhatsApp favicon logo. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? screenshot attached showing how Firefox handles pinned tabs playing audio compared to Chrome Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

It really does not seem like this is a duplicate of that issue, I'm not talking about if the tab is muted or not. Also, that bug made me realize that there's another reason this bug really needs to be fixed/implemented: if you right-click on WhatsApp Web tab and select "Mute site" (the notification sound can get very distracting and annoying), I no longer see the WhatsApp favicon logo at all, just the Chrome muted speaker icon. That is a problem. See attached screenshot of how it looks in Firefox compared to Chrome
