I expect my sound to play smooth through the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (2nd gen)

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.167 and latest canary #66.0.3353.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened Chrome 2. Played a video from www.youtube.com. 3. Observed that sound played smooth using plantronics audio 648 USB microphone. As ET team doesn't have Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (2nd gen) to test the issue. Hence adding label TE-Hardware-Dependency and TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV and requesting someone from MTV team to please have a look into the issue if the above mentioned external audio interface is available. Thanks...!!

Fixed by installing chrome and the audio interface drivers again. Sorry for neglecting my responsibility to react. Topic can be closed. |
