Google Cloud Print Driver for Windows installation fails

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 64.0.3282.186
URLs (if applicable) : https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download Google Cloud Printer from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver (virtualprintersetup.exe)
(2) Run virtualprintersetup.exe
(3) Installation hangs at window saying: "Installing..." (see attached screenshot).

I tried rebooting and running setup "As Administrator"

Other information:
OS: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.248
PC Specs: Dell Inspiron 5570.

Thanks for filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 64.0.3282.186 using Windows 10 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched Chrome
2. Navigated to https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver
3. Downloaded the file and installed. Attaching the screen shot of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please check the screen shot and let us know if we have missed anything. And please let us know whether similar issue is seen on other machines too?

Update: Despite hanging at the "Installing" window, I *think* the cloud printer got installed.
It does show up in the printer devices, and we've successfully printed some documents.
BUT, at last report, the last print job failed.  (the laptop is not in my possession right now.)
I'll contact the end user to check it out more, but it might be OK.

Update: The cloud print driver is all working properly, despite the hang reported in the original post.
