Continually Being Hacked via Google Play

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10032.75.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Powerwashing doesn't help

2.DO NOT HAVE AN ANDROID 
3. I want NO syncing of data - -continually happens

What is the expected behavior?
No SYNCING of my data and personal information. What do I have to do?!!! 

What went wrong?
Buying this chromebook??

Chromebooks automatically sync with the logged in Google account, but you can turn this off by going to chrome://settings/syncSetup and unticking the boxes there.
