Add mappings for the ShaWen ZD-V+ DirectInput modes

Project Member Reported by mattreynolds@chromium.org, Feb 23 2018

Issue description

This is a third-party device that has appealing properties when used as a PC gamepad.

https://www.amazon.com/Gaming-Controller-Gamepad-Windows-Android/dp/B00OAYHIRA

* Standard dual analog gamepad with analog triggers and vibration
* Supports three different modes of communication (XInput mode and two DirectInput modes)
* In XInput mode, pretends to be a genuine Xbox 360 gamepad (exposes the same device IDs)
* ~$20 on Amazon
* Genuine wired Xbox 360 gamepads are getting harder to find

The XInput mode is currently well supported because Chrome treats it as if it were a genuine Xbox gamepad. We should add mappings to better support the other two modes of this device.
