What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter split view mode. 
    Snapped chrome browser with the restore alert bubble to the left.
(2) Snapped another app (eg, files app) to the right.
(3) Tap the snapped browser to make it at the top. Touch the divider to start resizing.

What is the expected result?
The restore alert bubble should always can be resized together with the browser, its bounds should not exceed the divider.

What happens instead?
Part of the bubble exceeds the divider and just over the right snapped window.
