Issue descriptionChrome OS version: 10431.0.0, 66.0.3352.0 dev-channel eve. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Files app and Android Gmail app. 2. Connect an MTP device. 3. Mount an external FSP (say Dropbox). 4. Drag and drop an image from Gdrive folders (My Drive, Shared with me, Offline)/FSP/MTP folders/Recent to Android app. 5. Image can be of any file format (like raw images, bmp, jpeg, png etc). Expected behavior: Image preview must be shown in Android app after the drag-drop. Actual behavior: Once drag-dropped an image to Android app, its preview is not shown. Please refer the attached videos for expected and actual behaviors.

This issue happens with images from Team Drives as well. Tested on M69 (10894.0.0, 69.0.3496.0) eve.

@fukino, yes, I think this is specific to Gmail app since only Gmail app supports image preview feature. In other android apps like Drive & Photos, drag-drop is not possible.
