[Lars] Recovery is failed to install OS with unexpected error message

Chrome Version       : 	65.0.3325.93
Platform             : 	10323.41.0 - Lars


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  try to install 65.0.3325.93/10323.41.0 with recovery USB stick 


What is the expected result?  What happens instead?
Failed to install the OS.  "An unexpected error message has occurred ..." message appears.  Please see the attached recovery_logs file.



Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
