DevTools failed to link any meteor source files, it only has the big app.js

Chrome version: <latest as of today's date>

What are the details of your project?
- Source code (if any): nope, private repo
- Build System: meteor 1.6.1 (but older meteor project also has this problem)
- HTTP server: localhost:3000

Assets failed to link (or incorrectly linked):
1.entire meteor app directory
