This has been happening several times this morning on this builder. The error message is

BootstrapError: Failed to open bootstrap result file [E:\b\rr\tmpxkf5sh\bootstrap_result.json]: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'E:\\b\\rr\\tmpxkf5sh\\bootstrap_result.json'@@@

I'm assuming that this is an infra issue, so filing as such.
