Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3352.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. cmd+shift+J , and toggle to a mobile device , like iPhone 6 2. open https://m.taobao.com/ 3. only a quarter of screen is shown What is the expected behavior? the web site is full of the browser inner window What went wrong? the screen Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3352.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.13.3 Flash Version: when I add a custom device and keep the device pixel ratio empty. and refresh , It works as my expected.

Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 66.0.3352.0 and on the latest canary 66.0.3356.0 using Mac 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to https://m.taobao.com/ 3. Inspected the page -> Clicked on toggle device -> selected Iphone We are able to see full screen with out any issue. Attaching the screen shot the same. @Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screen shot and let us know if anything missed from our end. Any further inputs from your end may help us.
