Feature request: Option to always recursively expand elements panel

DevTools’ “Elements” panel is collapsed by default. I often do Right-Click -> “Expand recursively” to see if my DOM was rendered correctly. It would be great to have an option to have the expanded view as a default somewhere.

This will make working with large pages very slow (as the DOM maybe very large). I don't think it's worth to add a setting, but let this bug accumulate stars to bump the priority.
