PaymentRequest API crash in incognito mode

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/paymentrequest/credit-cards/ in incognito mode.
2. Click "Buy" button, then "Pay" button in the payment dialog.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Browser crashed.

Chrome version: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/64.0.3282.167 Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit)
Flash Version: 

Seems like it crashes in the show() method.

Thank you for the report! We've fixed this issue in the next version of Chrome: 65. In the meantime, we recommend that you mitigate by using our shim, which disables PaymentRequest in incognito mode for Chrome 64. Sorry for the trouble.
