Non-Regression: Unwanted searching.. text is seen for 'Add Printer manually' overlay while opening

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,go to chrome://settings/cupsPrinters page ->click to Add Printer and Observe Add Printer overlay while opening

Actual: Unwanted searching.. text is seen for 'Add Printer manually' overlay while opening
Expected: No such unwanted searching.. text should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
