Assistant Setup Window can't be switched to with by Alt+Tab |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3352. OS: Chrome OS 10428.0.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Add an user to the Chrome OS and see the desktop (2) After waiting a sec, the user sees the window of Google Assistant Setup (3) Click another window and make Assistant Setup window unfocused What is the expected result? By pressing Alt+Tab, the user can switch back to the Assistant Setup window What happens instead? The Assistant Setup window doesn't exist in the window list in the Alt+Tab switcher Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This particular window is still part of OOBE and that's probably why it's not showing up in recents. If you try to actually use any of the apps behind, you will notice there is an invisible shield blocking all events. We've talked with xiyuan about potentially tweak the OOBE container behavior and it is not very straight forward.

at least we should put some dim layer behind it and disable switcher to make it obvious that a user can't interact with them?

According to sweet, this window should behave like OPA window, and updowndota@ is working on now workflow, which should do exactly that. |
