This is a problem with pointer events and this page. The menu is a custom scroller and they are trying to prevent default page scrolling due to it. It works correctly if touch-action: none is applied to the demo box. It works correctly in FireFox because it hasn't enabled pointer events yet.

Hi, thanks for you explanation. But I have some questions, could you help to clarify? --It works correctly if touch-action: none is applied to the demo box. >>> what's the mean of "demo box"? Do you mean if I disable the custom scroller, the page scrolling works well? It works correctly in FireFox because it hasn't enabled pointer events yet. >>> I tried disabled PointerEvent feature in chrome by changing the value to FEATURE_DISABLED_BY_DEFAULT in content/public/common/content_features.cc, but the issue still happens, if I miss something else?
