webview shell is crashing on AOSP when input field is focused and page reloaded

After this change: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/748887  the shell will crash following these steps:


open shell browser, go to www.facebook.com, focus on the email or phone box, reload the page.

This is only affecting AOSP builds.

Do you see this on ToT / latest build? Otherwise this is a dup of  issue 804886 .
