crashpad-handler processes not seen in the Chromum Task Manager

Chrome Version: 66.x ToT
OS: Windows 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start Chromium
(2) Open the Chromium Task Manager
(3) Open the Windows Task Manager

What is the expected result?

Both task managers should show the same number of Chromium processes.

What happens instead?

Windows task manager shows 1 more. It's a type=crashpad-handler process.
