Using new contact info as a billing address

On Chrome Desktop, if you fill out contact information first - then you can select that as a billing address  … There is no error for this and the sheet looks filled out.

The billing address combobox is an autofill::AddressComboboxModel, which doesn't do any validation/filtering on the addresses it presents.
