Sources - Breakpoints - Remove all breakpoints is not permanent, Breakpoints come back at next page reload

Reported by david.pe...@gmail.com, Feb 22 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3347.2 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set breakpoints for code in the sources window
2. Reload the page
3. Site halts at breakpoints
4. Remove the breakpoints in the sources window by right clicking on Breakpoints and selecting "Remove all breakpoints" from the context menu
5. Reload the page
6. Site halts at breakpoints again, the deleted breakpoints are back again

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The added breakpoints were removed upon selecting "Remove all breakpoints", but only for the active session. After reloading the page, the breakpoints were back again.

Did this work before? N/A

I believe that it should be fixed now. Could you verify in latest Canary?
Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I'm now on version 67.0.3362.2 canary and indeed, the problem has disappeared.

Thank you for your efforts!
