wangxianzhu: The correct bisect link is https://pinpoint-dot-chromeperf.appspot.com/job/1189299f840000, it points at r537454, "[SPv175] Enable SlimmingPaintV175 by default", and the graph recovers at the revert in r539401. Marking fixed because it's reverted, but assigning to you as FYI.
