Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set up LBS as per https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/3019558?hl=en&ref_topic=3062034
2. Set up www.bbc.co.uk as a site that should be opened in IE using gpedit, ran gpupdate /force
3. Navigated to www.bbc.co.uk
4. www.bbc.co.uk opened in Chrome

What is the expected behavior?
www.bbc.co.uk should open in IE, not Chrome

What went wrong?
From searching, found that ie_bho_log.txt may have useful info.  It appears there is an error:

(at the very least there's a typo in the ERROR line! Confing should be Config.)
