Nothing is working

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open Chrome

What is the expected behavior?
- Extensions load
- Web pages load
- Chrome pages load

What went wrong?
- Extensions crash. Attempting to reload them will cause them to crash again.
- Web pages are blank.
- Chrome pages results in "Aw, Snap"

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 66.0.3352.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

tung130503@ -- Thanks for reporting this issue. Could you please share the extension details which led to Crash and please share the Crash ID generated in chrome://crashes.

You can also verify by updating your Chrome to latest Canary #66.0.3357.0
