Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3350.3/10427.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Kip and Reks OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to chrome -> Open App launcher (2)Now drag any App into another App so that Folder is created Ex: Drag 'Files App' into 'Docs' -> Folder is created (3)Open Folder -> Try to edit Folder Name -> now click on 'Enter' button and observe cursor goes to search text box (Please refer Video) Expected: After click on 'Enter' button Folder should get closed Actual: Instead after click on 'Enter' button cursor is seen at 'Search text box' This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62 @omrilio: Please confirm the Issue Issue is working fine in M-63 and M-64

Thanks for the clarification! Shiba, what should happen in this scenario: 1. User opens folder, clicks folder name to edit. 2. User edits folder name. 3. User hits enter. -- At this point, where should keyboard focus go? The first app in the folder? It is currently going to the searchbox, and the folder remains open. This seems strange.
