Regression: Avatar covers minimize button

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome
2. Look in top right corner

What is the expected behavior?
3 buttons minimize, maximize(or restore if maximized) and close vissible

What went wrong?
2 buttons maximize (or restore if maximized) and close vissible, but minimize NOT vissible

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8.1 Enterprise

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3282.167 using Windows 7 and Windows 10. Attaching screenshots for reference.

As ET team do not have Windows 8 machine to check this issue, could someone from Inhouse team please help in triaging this issue. Hence adding TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD

Testes the issue using #64.0.3282.186 on Win 8.1 and could not reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in original comment.

Could you please update Chrome to latest version #64.0.3282.186 and check if you still face the issue?

Removing Needs Bisect label for now and add it back if required.

Please find the below screenshot.

Got the IT department to reinstall my chrome (company PC) and that did the trick. Thanks even if we didn't find the causing defect (I also have no idea how it happened in the first place so had a feeling it'd be hard to reproduce). You may close this ticket
