What steps will reproduce the problem?

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 66.0.3341.0/10382.0.0

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Alex to take a look. Indeed a problem and can reproduce.

Weirdly enough, it behaves differently with the OEM folder.

I'll take a look. Probably from the changes to support the merge from UI to Ash.

Yep, same cause of why launcher window is closed when showing app info. The uninstall dialog is created by chrome and launcher UI will soon run from ash. We don't yet figured out a way to keep transient parent/child relationship of windows in different processes. If we don't close the launcher, the uninstall window could go behind the launcher window since it is no longer a transient child of the launcher window.
