Issue descriptionA large 32.8 ms (177.4%) increase in acquire_frame_wall_max occurred in the xr.browsing.static benchmark in the revision range 535482 - 535582 (cc35a99d53b96274c8c90fa791e5824fb80b7b38 - f82ff53b00299b65dd812fc97b03e49d2ddfe7b7). Affected graphs are available at https://chromeperf.appspot.com/group_report?keys=agxzfmNocm9tZXBlcmZyFAsSB0Fub21hbHkYgICQrKf1vgkM. This is in the same regression range as Issue 811434, but it seems unlikely to be related.
