unit test tarball uploaded w/bad naming |

Issue descriptionif you look at the artifacts link, the unittests tarball is uploaded like: https://storage.googleapis.com/chromeos-image-archive/tatl-full/R66-10425.0.0-b1897//b/c/cbuild/repository/buildbot_archive/tatl-full/R66-10425.0.0-b1897/unit_tests.tar it should have been: https://storage.googleapis.com/chromeos-image-archive/tatl-full/R66-10425.0.0-b1897/unit_tests.tar

The uploaded unit tests tarball was being referred with the local path prefixed to the name. The tarball itself was at the right location though.
