Touchscreen doesnt work

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Lenovo Yoga

No response to touch

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.88  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Canary and Chrome 64 stable has the same problem.

Thanks for filing the issue!

Checked the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.88 and on the latest canary 66.0.3352.0 using Windows 10 Surface Pro. The touch is working properly without any issues. 

@Reporter: Could you please let us know if the issue still persists even in fresh profile without any apps and extensions. It would be highly helpful if clarified on if the issue is specific to "Lenovo Yoga tab".
