The naming convention for test suites is <project>_<suite>, so we have mash_browser_tests, mus_ash_unittests, etc. I'm renaming ash_unittests-mash to mash_ash_unittests to be consistent.

Confusingly, we also have mash_unittests, which looks a lot like mash_ash_unittests and mus_ash_unittests. Also, all of the code under test lives in //ash and is chromeos-only.

Either we should fold the suite into ash_unittests somehow, or maybe rename it to ash_service_unittests or similar.
